Our 2-day system is key:

Day One: We mechanically grind the concrete (using commercial diamond grinders) to prepare the surface. Then we apply a 100%-solids, moisture-mitigating epoxy primer that slowly penetrates the slab and acts as a moisture vapor barrier. While the primer is still wet, we broadcast a layer of your selected thermoplastic or mica-infused flake blend for texture, durability, and style.

Day Two: After overnight curing, we return to apply two separate coats of our 100%-solids polyaspartic topcoat. These layers are UV-stable, resistant to chemical spills, and tough enough for hot tires and heavy traffic.

This process creates a thick, bonded coating system that resists peeling, yellowing, and wear—and we back it with a lifetime warranty against delamination, even from moisture.

The Problem With 1-Day Garage Floor Coating Systems

Now let’s talk about what goes wrong. 1-day systems promise speed, but that speed skips critical steps:

• No moisture-mitigating epoxy primer (instead, they use fast-cure polyurea or polyaspartics) = limited bonding time, lower durability and future peeling
